START-UP INDIA INITIATIVE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF  INDIA CAN BE SEEN AT IITF 2015.

New Delhi :-This year, the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi had announced the ‘Start-Up India’ initiative, which would encourage entrepreneurship among the youth of India. In line with this initiative, ITPO has set up a separate hall for the Start–Ups.New/Young/Start-up entrepreneurs have been earmarked a special space in Hanger 26 at IITF , Pragati Maidan. These entrepreneurs have been provided 50 per cent discount of the normal tariff. A total of 29 companies are participating in this category, which is spread over an area of 275 sq mtrs approx . The Indian start-up eco-system is among the top five in the world. Start-ups have created more than 80,000 jobs so far, according to a report by the National Association of Software & Services Companies. As many as, 11,500 start-ups could come up by 2020 creating 250,000 jobs. This initiative of ITPO will trigger other event organisers to facilitate the young entrepreneurs.
