Goel adopts Taseeng village in Alwar district Rajasthan
Alwar,:- Rajya Sabha MP Vijay Goel today announced that he has adopted Taseeng Gram Panchayat in Alwar District, Rajasthan which is 135 kms from Delhi,Goel said, “There are problems regarding toilets, health and sanitation, unemployment, water, roads, schools, street lighting and transportation in the village. However, from the heritage and culture perspective, there are ancient havelis, forts, stepwells which can be restored and renovated for tourist attraction.On this occasion Shri Goel said, “My objective is to transform Taseeng into a heritage destination attracting tourists from not just India, but globally. Development work in this village will greatly benefit the people of Delhi as it is just 135 kms from the national capital. Hence, people visiting Taseeng with their families can experience village life, visit forts and step-wells – all in a single day tour.” we will transform Taseeng into a model village.Shri Goel thanked Lok Sabha MP Shri Mahant Chand Nath, MLA Shri Jaswant Singh Yadav, Collector and SDM for helping him through this process.The entire village wholeheartedly welcomed Goel who also released a booklet on Taseeng on his visit.
